Secure Packaging
Carefully place your items, including all original designer cases, authenticity cards, and protective cloths, back into the original shipping box.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once our quality control team inspects the luxury goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
